Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RobustProg ("RobustProg," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile applications and games distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another official app marketplace, or when you visit this website.

This policy applies to every mobile application and game published under the RobustProg developer name that links to this page. It covers current and future products unless a product provides a separate, more specific privacy notice.

Important: Our products do not all use the same features or services. A statement below that says "depending on the app" applies only when that feature or service is included in the version you use. The app's store privacy label, Google Play Data safety section, consent message, and in-app notice provide product-specific details and supplement this policy.

1 Information We Handle

We apply data minimization: each app should handle only the information needed for its features, reliability, security, purchases, advertising, or legal obligations. Information may be processed by the app on your device, by RobustProg, or by the service providers described in this policy.

Content Stored Locally on Your Device

Depending on the app, this may include game progress, scores, achievements, preferences, reminders, task information, journal entries, budget information, or other content you create. Most of this content is stored locally and is not sent to RobustProg.

We do not use private journal, budget, task, reminder, or similar user-authored content for advertising or analytics. If an app offers export or backup, data leaves the app only when you choose that action and may then be handled by the destination or storage provider you select.

Device, Advertising, and Network Information

Apps that include advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or online services may process information such as:

Device model, operating-system version, language, time zone, app version, and general device settings
Internet Protocol (IP) address and coarse location inferred from IP address
Google Advertising ID (AAID), Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), or other app/device identifiers when permitted
Ad impressions, clicks, frequency, performance, consent status, and fraud-prevention signals
Network status and technical request information

Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Apps that use analytics or crash reporting may process product interactions, session events, progress events, app launch information, performance data, crash logs, stack traces, diagnostic information, Firebase installation identifiers, and related device/app information. We use this information to understand app performance, improve features, diagnose crashes, and protect app reliability. We do not intentionally place private user-authored content in analytics or crash reports.

Purchases and Store Transactions

If an app offers an in-app purchase, Apple, Google, Unity, or another disclosed store service processes the transaction. RobustProg may receive a product identifier, transaction or entitlement status, receipt, and limited technical information needed to provide or restore the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Support Communications

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any files or diagnostic information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.

2 How We Use Information

App Functionality

Operate gameplay and app features, save progress and preferences, schedule requested reminders, restore purchases, and provide user support.

Advertising

Show, measure, limit the frequency of, and prevent fraud involving ads. Personalized advertising is used only when applicable consent and platform permission allow it.

Analytics and Improvement

Understand feature usage, balance games, identify confusing flows, measure stability, and improve future versions.

Security and Compliance

Detect invalid traffic, abuse, fraud, crashes, security incidents, and comply with store rules, legal requests, and applicable law.

3 Advertising, Consent, and Tracking Choices

Some RobustProg apps are supported by advertising and may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), Chartboost, Unity LevelPlay, or other advertising partners identified in the app or its consent form.

Where required, an app asks for privacy choices before requesting ads. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions, a consent message may offer personalized ads, non-personalized ads, limited ads, or other choices supported by the provider and local law.

On iOS and iPadOS, an app may also display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt. If you deny ATT, the app will not receive permission to access the IDFA for tracking. Denying personalized advertising consent or ATT does not block the core functionality of our apps, although ads may still be contextual, non-personalized, limited, or technically delivered.

When available, you can reopen privacy choices from the app's Settings or Privacy control. You can also manage tracking and advertising permissions in your device settings. Resetting or limiting an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop all advertising or essential fraud, frequency-capping, and aggregated measurement processing.

4 When Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information for money and we do not rent user data. We may disclose information in the following limited situations:

Service providers: to provide advertising, consent management, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, hosting, support, security, or other app functions
Apple and Google: for app distribution, platform services, store transactions, fraud prevention, and compliance
Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce rights, investigate abuse, or protect users and the public
Business changes: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections
With your direction or consent: when you intentionally export, share, back up, or otherwise direct information to another service

Targeted Advertising and U.S. State Laws

Some U.S. privacy laws may define certain personalized-advertising disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for your information. Where applicable, use the app's privacy choices, the platform's tracking controls, or contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

5 Third-Party Services

The services used vary by app and version. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices and terms. A distributed app may use one or more of the following:

This website is hosted through GitHub Pages and loads resources from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS content-delivery network. These providers may receive standard web-request information such as IP address, browser type, and request time. This privacy-policy page does not intentionally load advertising code.

6 Permissions and Device Features

Depending on the app, we may request permission for notifications, tracking, files or storage used for a user-requested import/export/backup, vibration/haptics, or another feature clearly described at the time of the request. You may deny or later change permissions in device settings, although the related optional feature may then be unavailable.

Some apps may use the device's passcode, fingerprint, or face-authentication feature to protect locally stored content. Authentication is performed by the operating system. RobustProg does not receive or store your fingerprint, face template, device passcode, or other biometric credential.

Most reminders used by our current apps are scheduled locally on the device. Notification text is designed to avoid exposing private user-authored content unless the app clearly offers and the user chooses a more specific option.

7 Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data: Progress, settings, and locally stored content generally remain on your device until you delete them with an in-app reset/delete control, clear app data where supported, or uninstall the app. Removing an app may not delete copies you previously exported or backed up to a service you selected.

Support records: We keep support emails and related records only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Third-party data: Advertising, analytics, crash, purchase, and platform providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. Some records, such as store transaction history, may be retained by Apple or Google even after an app is removed.

Most current RobustProg apps do not require a RobustProg account. If a future or updated app offers account creation or developer-hosted cloud storage, that app will provide specific collection, retention, deletion, and account-deletion information before or when the feature is used.

To request deletion of information held directly by RobustProg, email us using the address below and identify the app involved. We may need limited information to verify and complete the request. We cannot directly delete information controlled solely by Apple, Google, an advertising provider, or a storage provider you selected, but we will explain the appropriate provider or control when possible.

8 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, to withdraw consent, or to appeal or complain to a privacy authority. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be consent, performance of a requested service or transaction, compliance with law, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing an app, preventing fraud, providing non-personalized advertising where permitted, and improving reliability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed lawfully.

9 Children's Privacy

Unless a store listing and app-specific notice expressly say otherwise, RobustProg apps and games are intended for a general audience or the audience identified on their store page and are not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in a user's country.

We do not knowingly request that children provide personal information directly to RobustProg. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Apps designated for children, if any, will use age-appropriate services, settings, disclosures, and store classifications.

10 Security and International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. Apps that keep sensitive user-created content locally may use platform storage protections or app-level encryption where described. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RobustProg and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, providers use recognized transfer safeguards, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms described in their privacy documentation.

11 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Material changes may also be communicated in an app, consent message, store listing, release notes, or another appropriate channel. Please review this page periodically.
